Guidelines for Warranty Period
Warranty Terms & Conditions:
Applicable warranty for all Fibologic products is one year from the date of purchase of the product(s) subject to fulfillment of below warranty conditions.
Warranty Conditions:
Warranty is confined to the first purchase of the Fibologic product only & is non-transferable.
- Proof of purchase (i.e. Purchase invoice or purchase receipt) along with corresponding model and/or the serial number of the unit must be presented when requesting service under
- Repairs under warranty shall be carried out by an authorized service personnel
- In case of repairs or replacement of any part/s of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty. Replacement of parts would be purely at the discretion of FTPL(Fibologic Technology Ltd.) alone. In case the replacement of the entire unit is being made, (subject to the
sole discretion of FTPL), the same model shall be replaced and in the event such model has been discontinued, it shall be replaced with the model equivalent as deemed by FTPL.
Warranty Limitations:
- Any Damage or Failure caused by unauthorized modification or alteration or if it is used for other than the intended purpose or caused by improper or reckless use will not be covered under
- The unit shall be operated at input voltage and frequency as per the user Any failure due to voltage / fluctuation beyond specified tolerance will not be covered under warranty.
- Consequential or resulting liability, damage or loss to property or life arising directly or indirectly out of any defect in the Fibologic The company’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair of defective parts only under the warranty period.
- Warranty does not cover repair of any external accessories supplied by Dealer/Fibologic as promotional scheme irrespective whether the same is manufactured by Fibologic or some other manufacturer, installation & configuration of hardware optimizations, cabling or
- Damage caused by transportation and handling, including scratches, dents, chips, and/or other damage to the finish of your product, unless such damage results from defect in materials or workmanship and is reported within fifteen (15) days of purchase (Call +91-9579629971 or +91-8770186261).
- On removal, tampering or alteration of any identification labels on the machine or any of its components including serial number will not be covered under
- If the product has not been installed, operated, maintained or used in accordance with the instructions and / or specifications given in the Operating Instruction Booklet provided with the product will not be covered under

on an incorrect voltage, power surges and dips, thunderstorm activity, acts of God, voltage supply problems, tampering or unauthorized repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, the operation of a computer virus of any kind, exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions, improper installation, repair or maintenance or entry by any insect, vermin or foreign object in the Product. Improper repair includes use of parts not approved or specified by FTPL.
- Damage or missing items to any display, open box, discounted or refurbished product will not be covered under warranty.
- Warranty doesn’t cover any compatibility and connectivity
- Damage caused by commercial, business or industrial purpose, except the air conditioning commercial systems and B2B products. The warranty is valid for equipment dedicated to domestic use only. Commercial or industrial use means products are subjected to harsh and repetitive work involving abuse whose components are forced to
operational limits.
- Goods(products) that are not distributed within the region of FTPL
- All disputes are subjected to Pune jurisdiction

Out of warranty: After expiry of Product standard warranty period, all services are on chargeable basis to the

Re-Install/Removal: Re-install /second demo/ explanation /external connections, requests like connecting the external device are chargeable.

Product of Different company: Faulty product of another company/ interconnected device except for the product that the customer request. (Switches, plugs, electronic items as iron, microwave, H/W of other company and so forth).
iv. Expendability:
- In case that the expendable part’s warranty is expired/ lifespan is ended (individual switch units).
- In case that the product is defect due to the customer use the part that is not provided by Fibologic or option

Natural disaster: In case that the product ‘s defect due to natural disaster (Earthquake, Cyclone, Storm, strike of lighting, flood, etc), fire, damage from sea wind and so

- In case that the product is defect from customer’s fault (Including software/hardware).
- In case that the product is defect due to the customer doesn’t keep the caution of user
- In case that the product is defect due to the customer make a rooting, modification by himself not by Fibologic authorized service center/representative.
- In case that the product is defect due to customer carelessness without any confirmation in advance like the faulty of circuit breaker, socket, wiring and mis- power on, plug in error,
- In case that the customer request the service due to the external environment like faulty of electricity, cut off the electricity, internet service, wired signal and so forth
vii. Etc.:
- It’s just customer’s request even though the product is not defect (It’ll be charged to the customer even though the product is in In-warranty.)
- Check whether the product is normal or abnormal. Cleaning/Servicing of hardware parts due to the dust and so forth will be chargeable.
※ It’ll be helpful if the customer check with the Fibologic representative for examining product simply or seeking the trouble shooting.
4. Standard to estimate SVC charge
*Service cost is made up of part cost and repair charges like the below.
Part charges:
Means the price of the part/s consumed in repairing the product. The part charge will be communicated by the engineer before carrying out the repair.
Repair charges:
Repair charge means the engineer’s fee according to the repair level. Refer the Standard Charge section.
Transport charges:
Transportation charges applicable when the product is taken to the workshop for repair.
Inspection charges:
Inspection charges applicable in case customer not interested in availing repair service.
Site Inspection Charges:
These charges are applicable in case of customer desire for site inspection for installation/re-installation of switch units.

Repair Cost for In-home & Carry-in Service Conditions:
*Rates mentioned are exclusive of service tax.
- Service charges are applicable for customer abused set both inward and
- No Service charges applicable if complaint repeats itself within specified months from date of service
- No service charges applicable for accessories replacement under warranty
- Standard charges mentioned are e.f 01-January-2022 & are subject to change without prior notice.
- Standard charges applied for Dismantling/Re-installation for all
Standard Charges:
Inspection Charge: Rs.100/- per switchboard/Namebell.
Installation/Dismantling Charge: Rs.500/- per switchboard and Rs 300/- for Namebell.
Extra Material Charge: These products will be purchased directly by the customer and the cost will be paid by the customer.
